I Theoretical weight calculation method of metal materials
(Unit: kg)
Angle steel: weight per meter = 0.00785 * (side width + side width - side thickness) * side thickness
Round steel: weight per meter = 0.00617 * diameter * diameter (deformed steel and round steel are the same)
Flat steel: weight per meter = 0.00785 * thickness * side width
Pipe: weight per meter = 0.02466 * wall thickness * (outer diameter - wall thickness)
Stainless steel pipe: (outer diameter - wall thickness) × wall thickness × 0.02491 = kg / m
Plate: weight per meter = 7.85 * thickness
Brass pipe: weight per meter = 0.02670 * wall thickness * (outer diameter - wall thickness)
Red copper pipe: weight per meter = 0.02796 * wall thickness * (outer diameter - wall thickness)
Aluminum pattern plate: weight per square meter = 2.96 * thickness
Specific gravity of non-ferrous metals: copper plate 8.9 brass plate 8.5 zinc plate 7.2 lead plate 11.37
The calculation formula of non-ferrous metal sheet is: weight per square meter = specific gravity * thickness
II Weight calculation formula of elbows
Ring volume = 2X3.14X3.14 (r ^ 2) R
r--circle radius
R--circle radius of gyration
Hollow ping ring volume = 2X3.14X3.14 ((r ^ 2)-(r '^ 2)) R
r'-radius of inner circle
The volume of the elbows at 90, 60, and 45 degrees is 1/4, 1/6, and 1/8 that of the corresponding hollow pipe ring.
The density of steel is used to calculate the weight at 7.85 kg / cubic decimeter, density * volume = weight (mass).
1. The 180° elbow is calculated by two times the value in the table, and the 45° elbow is calculated by half;
2. The weight of R1.0DN elbow is calculated at 2/3 of the value in the table;
3. If the weight of the wall thickness is not listed in the table, it is permitted to calculate the average weight from two similar weights;
4. Calculation formula of 90° elbow; 0.0387 * S (DS) R / 1000 where S = wall thickness (mm) D = outer diameter (mm) R = bending radius (mm)
III Calculation formula of welding elbow
1. Outer diameter - wall thickness X wall thickness X 0.0387 X bending radius ÷ 1000, = theoretical weight of the 90° elbow
Example: 426 * 10 90° R = 1.5D
(426-10) * 10 * 0.387 * R600 ÷ 1000 = 96.59Kg
The 180° elbow is calculated by two times the value in the table, and the 45° elbow is calculated by half;
2. (Outer diameter - wall thickness) X wall thickness X 0.02466 X R multiple X 1.57 X nominal diameter = theoretical weight of the 90° elbow
Example: 426 * 10 90° R = 1.5D
(426-10) * 10 * 0.02466 * 1.5D * 1.57 * 400 = 96.6Kg
The 180° elbow is calculated by two times the value in the table, and the 45° elbow is calculated by half;
Note: there might be mistakes above, for example, the calculation method of angle steel.
